Update
I've been upgrading to Movable Type 4.0 for the last week or so. I created a clean installation in another spot and got that testbed blog looking about how I want. Then I installed Movable Type 4.0 on the Plugs and Dottles ISP. I think everything you see now is Movable Type 4.0. The software, all the templates, the style sheets - everything as far as I can tell - has been upgraded to 4.0.
It was more painful than I was hoping but not as painful as it could have been. I just hack at CSS until I get it looking how I want so getting the P&D logo placed took me some time. The biggest time sink was getting the proportions of my two columns how I wanted them.
Now my request for you, good reader, is to look for things that don't seem right. Please let me know about them. I can't promise blog frequency will be any higher than it has been this summer but with new software, I'm optimistic.
Bidding you adieu with the standard computer support farewell: good luck.

Might want to look at your commenting policy. It's requiring sign in. Looks good, though.
I thought I'd leave it that way for a while. Sign-in is the default for fresh installations. It'll also give me an opportunity for improvement.
