Little Things Please Little Minds: Wednesday Edition
1. Hearing my first Baltimore oriole of the year singing this morning walking into work.
2. Learning how to reset the "maintenance required" light on my 2005 Camry without actually doing the required maintenance.
3. Getting free vacuum cleaner drive belt replacements for life.
4. Listening to a new song my son downloaded from iTunes, a song he called "classic rock from the '90s."
5. Paying only $2.999 for gasoline today. Still under $3!
6. Looking forward to a group luncheon at a place called "Mongolian Grill." I never would have guessed Mongols grilled anything I cared to eat.
7. Thinking my desktop computer at work will be back from the fix-it shop today. It's been a fun two weeks doing nothing but email.
8. Watching the World Sunlight Map Google gadget. It answers a lot of my questions.
9. Putting the company white pages on my Firefox Search Bar. My efficiency is pinned.
10. Using up both the bar of soap and the bottle of shampoo during my shower this morning.

5. I paid $3.15 last night - the most I've ever paid. I think. I finally got tired of standing there at the $25.00 mark so I quit.
8. That sunlight map is an excellent find. Thank you.
5. (belatedly, from the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area:) The lowest price I've seen in the last week for regular is $3.349; I've seen it as high as $3.599. "Premium" (octane 91 out here) is as high as $3.99, except for a Shell leaseholder in San Francisco that's jacked all his prices past $4 as a protest against the company jacking up his payments.
