WTF?

pixelnoise.jpgMan, you go away for a few weeks and things start falling apart. For some reason, I'm getting this weird pixel noise in the upper left corner of my blog. You can see it on the right, a 5x5 block of black and gray pixels surrounding a single white pixel. It only shows up in Firefox, too. I was able to fuss with the style sheet to get it to go away on my home page but it shows up on all my other pages.

This is new. It wasn't there before. Anyone have any thoughts on what it might be and how to get rid of it?

If you haven't fixed it already, it looks to me like the toolbar is doing it in your browser. Don't see any pixel noise in mine. Is that a Google search window? I have mine on the right and it looks a little different. Try re-arranging your toolbars to see if it goes away.

I have to uninstall Googlebar to make it go away. Since you're not seeing it I won't worry about it. (Although it's still perplexing.)

Very odd. When I first logged on to your site, I saw it, too. After I posted the comment on the previous entry and came back to the main page, it was gone. No explanation. Just letting you know.

OK, I'll post a comment.
