Up until recently, I"ve only used it for keeping track of my boss's kids' and grandkids' birthdays. But, now, things have changed and instead of just calling someone on the phone and saying, hey, we're having a meeting, can you come over, I have to start using Outlook to do this. I'm just figuring out how complicated it can make life - in the name of simplicity.
